What we do here is perceptual recalibration: identifying where your current reality is being generated from unconscious structures, and shifting those structures through clarity, not coping.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

At The Divine Luminaries, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products that deliver deep value and transformation. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of Collapse Theory: A Core Framework and other digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

No Refunds on Digital Products

Since digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to proprietary content that cannot be revoked or resold.

Exceptional Circumstances

While all sales are final, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Refund requests will only be considered in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate purchase (accidental double charge) – You may request a refund for the duplicate transaction.

• Technical access issues – If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, we may provide a refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Unauthorised Transactions
